National Drinking Water Advisory Council Webcast on EPA’s Proposed Geologic Sequestration Rule

The National Drinking Water Advisory Council held a webcast to discuss EPA’s proposed rule describing Federal Requirements under the Underground Injection Control Program for Carbon Dioxide (CO2) Geologic Sequestration (GS) Wells.

During the webcast, EPA staff presented highlights of EPA’s proposed approach, NDWAC members discussed and asked questions about the proposed approach, and EPA accepted input on the rule from the public.
